The Unified Rules are:
- Two groups of content will be presented
- The content within these groups will be ranked by alphabetical order
- The content within these groups will not be ranked by quality
- The first group denotes entries which qualify as the Top 10, but not the Top 5
- The second group denotes entries which qualify as the Top 5
- All other entries will be Honourable Mentions
