another very late announcement by the Crow.
Apologies to all our submitting authors. Over the past week and a half, I’ve been away due to some pressing personal issues. I’m still halfway through sending out re-write requests, and am the only one doing them right now. So, there will be a delay. Apologies to the authors on our waiting list.
That said, there is a bit of good news, despite our issues.
The team has scored almost 90% of our entries, so we have a pretty decent idea of who’s getting what. I’m currently debating whether to start sending out rejections ahead of schedule. I’m not quite clear if the rest of the team has finished reading, or if they just haven’t scored the stories yet. I should know soon.
For now, I’ll be moving ahead with our two acceptances and start to send out re-write requests as soon as possible.
It also seems that in my absence, not much has happened on The Corvid Review. I’ll need to do something about that, soon. I’ll get in touch with the team by tonight and see what they have in the works.
Once again, apologies for the delay. I really hope our authors are following these announcements. I’d like to leave no one in the dark.
